At London Property Services & Consultancy, we offer tenancy agreement or lease review services to residents both within the private rented sectors and social housing. Once this service has been booked, we will need a copy of the relevant document to be sent to us via email at: info@lpsandconsultancy.co.uk which will then be assigned to an available Housing Advisor to review. A customised information pack will be provided with our Advisors feedback explaining various terms and conditions or covenants and any action points after review for you to follow up accordingly.
